This DVD is a PAL to NTSC conversion. There is a slight jitter in the frame rate 
about twice a second when the scene is moving and can be seen with the naked 
eye. This is caused by the reencoding methods that were used to create the DVD.

Pal DVD ripped with DVDFab Platinum.
Vobs loaded into a image drive.
Image then converted to avi format with DVDFab Platinum.
Avi file then converted to NTSC DVD format with Winavi.
The process does produced a very high quality DVD with the exception of the 
jitter from time to time. Other conversion methods available don't work 
perfectly either. With that said, d/l at your own discretion.
