install a fully functional version on a flash drive or iPod. TCC Portable runs

    * This release improves the /usr/local/tcc single user mode script. 
Executing /usr/local/tcc while in single user mode runs fsck, executes the cron 
scripts, cleans caches, and repairs permissions (Tiger Only).
