DESCRIPTION
Visage is a System Preferences pane that allows you to easily and safely 
customize the appearance of your Mac. You can run screen savers as your desktop 
background, customize your login panel, personalize system alerts, and more! 
Visage keeps track of Apple's default settings for every customization, so you 
can easily switch back to the original settings at any time.

    * Desktop Effects: Visage allows you to run screen savers in the background 
on your desktop while you work. Visage remembers your favorite desktop effects 
and can automatically rotate among them at a designated time interval. Visage 
lets you control more...the CPU usage of the effects and can even start desktop 
effects automatically at login.

    * Login Background: Visage lets you use any jpeg image as the background 
image of your login screen. Visage can even select a random image from your 
collection so that you will see a different background every time you log out!

    * Login Panel: Visage makes it easy to customize the login panel itself. 
You may use your own images in place of the Apple logo and 'Mac OS X' image. 
Visage maintains a collection of your favorite images so that you can quickly 
and easily change between them. You may also display a textual banner, which is 
useful for organizations that wish to display a message to all users prior to 
login.

    * Personal Alerts: Visage lets you personalize your system alerts. You can 
have alerts such as the shut down confirmation say your name or any other 
phrase!

    * Boot Panel: You can change the blurb of text displayed while your Mac 
boots.

WHAT'S NEW
Version 2.4.1:

    * Non-admin users can now replace the login screen background image.
    * Fixed issue where characters such as parentheses in the login panel text 
message could prevent the message from being displayed on the login panel.
    * Fixed rare issue where Visage could crash on launch.

New in version 2.4:

    * Compatible with Intel Macs (Universal Binary).
    * Improved version checker to work around a bug in Apple's 
initWithContentsOfURL method of NSData.
