most times there are simple solutions to r/s difficulties by individuals. it just takes a little detective work to find out if it is your settings or your isp working badly for you. i understand aol is a major stumbling block, as is a firewall. some of the difficulties are also due to all the people that tried to cheat the system, causing r/s to set up roadblocks to stop the bypassers. if you cant find out why, email them and ask them, but don't expect first class service for fuck all (like you get here, this is the exception on those internets!)
